The Backyard Bistro opened its doors in November 2004, in Piqua, Ohio. Unlike most restaurants, “The Bistro" as it is called, was formed as a non-profit social enterprise. Our first goal is to provide guests with the best, in-house prepared, high-quality food possible. A close second is our belief in charitable giving. Therefore, each year donations from the Backyard Bistro are given to a local organization that support programs for children, youth and older adults. One of our benefactors is the Council on Rural Services. You can learn more about their community contributions at www.councilonruralservices.org.
